  I came to real estate in 1997, bringing with me all the skills and the  customer service ethic I had gained in a dozen years of retail management. I worked diligently on understanding the art of negotiation. I learned quickly what my strengths were and how to correct my weaknesses.

  Shortly after becoming a realtor, I stumbled across an incredible deal on a four unit apartment building in Los Angeles; that became my first taste of residential income when my partner and I purchased the building. Over the last 14 years I have represented many investors, including ourselves.

   Those early days of real estate were spent in the Studio City area of Los Angeles. There I was fortunate enough to work with many people in the entertainment industry. The experience taught me how to deal with the various representatives a client may have; I am proud of the relationships I was able to form with business managers, accountants and attorneys. 

   I came to the desert in 2001 and have maintained the same business ethic I have always had. It has proven to serve my clients well.
