A consistent top producer of real estate, Ed has represented the interests of the Bay Area’s business elite in both their residential and commercial investment purchases. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ed’s career is founded on sound real estate practices that have sustained and allowed him to actively contribute to the development of the region.
Ed’s career started with Marcus & Millichap in Palo Alto, where he was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 1990. Three years later he was hired to Contempo Realty, exclusively representing client requirements for the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties. Since then he has moved through the company– despite several company mergers and acquisitions – to International President’s Elite and Management, where his knowledge of the market and personal leadership continue to beneficially impact the organization.
“What distinguishes Ed from 90 percent of the agents out there,” says Gino Blefari, President, Intero Real Estate Services “is that Ed is the consummate real estate professional. It’s what he knows and does best…the business man or woman likes to work with Ed because they immediately sense upon meeting him that he’s cut from the same cloth. He’s savvy, loyal, committed – highly focused and an all-around great guy.”
As an active participant in the Bay Area’s unique business community, Ed keeps a finger on the pulse of market trends, which in turn allows him to successfully meet the challenges of his clients’ changing needs. As a result, Ed is a tremendous resource for the local legal community. He was retained by the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, Pilsbury Madison & Sutro and by the Law Offices of Thomas Caudill as an expert witness and Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripes. Ed also represents offshore client-owners in the acquisition and disposition of their properties.
