In 2016, she sold the highest single family home of the year in the entire city of Chicago, 2026 North Mohawk, at a price of $8.35 Million. In 2015, Owen listed and sold the highest single family home in Chicago MLS history at 1955 North Burling for $13,345,372, breaking her own previous record of the highest single family home sale of 1866 North Howe for $9.035 Million. *This sale at 1955 North Burling continues to be the record for the highest single family sale ever recorded in Chicago.* That same year, 2015, Owen sold the Penthouse at 189 East Lake Shore Drive for a record breaking $10.375 Million. Prior to that, Owen sold the highest Gold Coast single family home, 1336 North State Parkway, since 2008 with an asking price of $7.85 Million, again breaking her own record of $6.8 Million for 25 East Banks.
