Jen Schreiber brings a passion for real estate and decades of professional experience to her career as a broker. She has worked in print and digital media advertising and sales for 20 years, where she developed her strengths in client service and building strong business relationships. Jen is a meticulously organized multitasker and sharp negotiator, which provides her buyers and sellers with a reliable, committed advocate throughout every step of their transaction. She has also had a lifelong interest in architecture and design—as a child, one of her favorite activities involved reading the New York Times Magazine real estate section and designing floor plans inspired by the listings. That enthusiasm has continued into her adult life, and she finds that living and working in Chicago allows her to indulge it on a daily basis.
Jen’s entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to put a complete effort into every task she undertakes has led to notable career successes and sales recognition. She co-founded a digital advertising agency and managed a 25-member team, establishing a robust client base and contributing to business revenue growth by 400% in four years. As an individual salesperson, Jen has been distinguished as a top revenue generator for the last three years and twice won a Presidents Club Award distinction, given to the top five salespeople for the year.
Originally hailing from New York City, Jen has lived in Chicago since 1998, residing in Lincoln Square and the Gold Coast. She specializes in residential real estate within those neighborhoods as well as other north side neighborhoods including Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Roscoe Village, North Center and Andersonville. In her spare time, Jen enjoys engaging her artistic sensibilities by drawing, painting, crocheting, quilting, and studying architecture and interior design. She is a fan of British crime/detective series, and is the loving owner of a dog named Gracie.
