The Reeds have been in the real estate industry in Florida for more than 8 years and have several NAR (National Association of Realtors) certifications between them. Mike Reed holds the “Resort and Second-Home Specialist while both Mike and Adrienne hold the “At Home with Diversity” certification.
The Reeds are both ethical and diligent but tough negotiators which helps get the highest possible dollar for their clients. “We love the art of real estate,” said Adrienne Reed. “You want to get the highest dollar for your clients when selling and you want the lowest possible price for your buyers. Knowing the value of a property, pricing it right to sell, and knowing when something is overpriced requires an in-depth knowledge of the local market and we have that knowledge.”
