Lore Lingner has been a full-time real estate professional for over 25 years serving the Monterey Peninsula--Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Highlands, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Del Rey Oaks, and the Monterey-Salinas Highway 68 corridor. For her entire professional career, Lore has been involved in some aspect of real estate, including working for a real estate developer, architectural land planner, real estate attorney and owning her own property management company. This experience has given Lore a broad understanding of real estate and continues to be of value to her in assisting her buyers and sellers.
Lore gets very involved in all of her transactions. “I believe in meticulous attention to every nuance,” says Lore. “That includes not only the paperwork but the people as well. Since buying or selling real estate is a major event, there is a great need to attend to the legal details and timing in order to meet timelines as outlined in the contracts.” With technology being a major part of every transaction, Lore takes advantage of the high-tech tools to communicate and move documents to their destinations--to clients, escrow and lenders. Marketing properties is one of her joys. She loves the artistic side of photographing properties, creating virtual tours and marketing materials to attract prospective Buyers. Although Lore takes her career very seriously, she is known for her sense of humor. Lore’s clients know that she likes to laugh and they enjoy the fact that Lore is having fun doing something that she loves...helping people buy and sell real properties!
Lore holds several of the real estate industry's most prestigious professional designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and e-Pro.
