Born in Long Beach, California to a Navy Commander and a stay-at-home mom Chris quickly became accustomed to moving and relocating around the world. As a child, among other interesting places, Chris lived in Hong Kong for four years. The family finally settled in Scottsdale, AZ where Chris attended and graduated from high school. Chris spent the next 16 years in Des Moines, Iowa working as a Fire Medic, leaning the skills of management in all types of situations and scenarios including many in distress gaining strong life experiences and perspective.
On his days off, Chris started a construction company which became quite rewarding ultimately developing into his primary occupation. Chris developed his building talents and was able to gain lots of valuable construction experience through the years, completing projects both big and small for his clients. His construction company led him to the art of "flipping houses" and the ability to be proficient in the housing industry.
In 2001, Chris returned to Scottsdale, AZ where he used his repertoire of skills growing a construction company known for building high end luxury homes in Desert Mountain, DC Ranch and Paradise Valley. Chris is most recognized for his creativity, attention to detail and his leadership qualities, not to mention his ability to think outside the box. He enjoys educating others with the wisdom he has gathered throughout the last 26 years in business. Chris excels in providing his clients with excellence and has the ability to discern what each individual client needs. Chris prides himself as a great listener and communicator, every client is important to him. His goal is to accommodate each client according to their specific needs.
