Kathleen Demarkles Essler

A full-time real estate professional for more than 20 years, Realtor® Kathleen Essler’s goal is to have each real estate transaction be not only successful, but also pleasant. “Buying or selling a house is very exciting but it is also one of the most stressful events in people’s lives,” she says. “Part of my job is to help clients by managing the process—dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s—so that everything runs as smoothly as possible. That way at the end of the day, everyone wins.”

Kathleen, who is a former teacher and has lived in Beverly for many years, has an extensive real estate career that includes helping clients buy and sell houses as well as working directly with developers on new construction. She has earned several professional designations including CBR (Certified Buyer’s Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential field recognizing professional accomplishment in both experience and education. A marketing specialist, she also has experience as a real estate auctioneer.

Active in various organizations, Kathleen is a charter member of the Beverly Lions Club.
