Patrick Bukowitz genuinely listens to his clients and works tirelessly on their behalf. He entered in the real estate industry with Scott Carlson Real Estate in 2009 and worked his way up to Vice President of sales in charge of business development. Since his arrival, the company has sold over $50 million in real estate. At the age of 25, he became one of the youngest licensed real estate brokers in Texas. In 2014, he joined the Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International family. Being a native of Houston, Patrick has had Texas roots his whole life. At an early age, his father passed away. It was a humbling experience being raised by a single working mother. As a United States Postal Carrier, my mom instilled in me a strong work ethic. Come rain or shine she would be out there delivering mail for families in residential neighborhoods, he says. Patrick's mother's top priority was a great education. She worked hard to send him to Southern Methodist University. Moving to Dallas to attend SMU, Patrick fell in love with the city. Dallas has a great urban life and yet maintains its small Texas charm. Throughout Patrick's time at SMU, he was a member of the Christian Fraternity, Beta Upsilon Chi, and served as Intramural chair of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. He obtained a Finance degree from SMU Cox School of Business. Lately you can find Patrick in his off time volunteering at the USA Film Festival to support the local arts or staying active at the Highland Park Equinox Health Club. Patrick enjoys working with Scott Carlson and his clients, keeping them focused, maintaining their goals, and at the same time keeping a sense of humor all the while making this an enjoyable transaction for all parties involved. "I really like the whole real estate process, whether it is building a new home, remodeling projects, investment properties, or helping first time home buyers take the plunge," he says. Patrick especially likes working with empty nesters moving back to the city to enjoy the high-rise lifestyle and all that the vibrant Downtown Dallas has to offer. Patrick is an avid car collector and enthusiast involved in the Porsche Club of America and the Audi Club of America. He loves to analyze and track the global equity markets. A real tech-geek at heart, Patrick also enjoys the local craft beer scene and home brewing his own creations.
