Nicki Germaine Naylor has been actively involved in the Sonoma and Napa real estate community since 1989. Nicki recently joined Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of Home Services of America, Inc. Nicki is currently spearheading the company’s growth in Napa and Sonoma Wine County.
Formerly associated with Alain Pinel Realtors and Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, Nicki notably achieved the top four record sales prices in Sonoma Valley for residential properties as well as notable sales for vineyard and winery properties in the Napa Valley. In 2009 she represented the sellers in the sale of Shanel, perhaps the most magnificent estate in California’s wine country. The 362 acre estate was listed for $35,000,000 and recorded for what was the highest price of any residential property in Sonoma County. She is well known for specializing in country properties including ranches, estates and vineyards from the Sonoma Coast to the Napa Valley.
While at Alain Pinel Realtors Nicki was recognized in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 100 agents for 2011. In her 5+ years with Alain Pinel Realtors she was consistently honored as a member in the prestigious Alain Pinel Realtors Presidents Club for her top performing sales performance. While with Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, year after year she received national recognition as one of the Top Ten Individual Producers of GMAC Real Estate Services earning the Number One Individual Producer for 2008 for Pacific Union GMAC. Her real estate team was named Number One in sales Team for 2006 which is GMAC’s highest national distinction.
