Real estate. I can’t say that I have always known it is what I wanted to do, but thinking back, I know I gained an interest in real estate in high school as I began to understand some of the reasons behind why people bought and sold real estate on a daily basis. Some own real estate as a place to call home, others as a means for growing and diversifying wealth. Whatever your reason or reasons, there is nothing else quite like it!
Reflecting back on my first sale and remembering the agony I put myself through over the details of the transaction as well as the positive feeling I got after my client expressed his gratitude once the closing was complete, I knew I was not only hooked, but I had found my passion. The first few houses I helped clients buy or sell would have sent most new Realtors running toward a new career. I, however, gained clients that have continued to work with me on additional real estate purchases or sales, and they have also referred several other family and friends to me that I have been able to help accomplish their real estate goals.
In my time in the real estate industry, I have had the opportunity to work with many different kinds of people and personalities on a many different real estate transactions. I think the variety is what keeps this business so interesting. New homes, re-sales, clients new to the area, clients leaving Atlanta, land and lots, condos, townhomes, investing, renovating and more.
Every home sale is uniquely rewarding. Whether it is helping an investor buy right, renovate according to market demands & realize a return or seeing the excitement of a buyer purchase their first home or helping a client sell their home and accomplish their goals in a market that presents so many stressful twists & turns, I truly love working in the real estate industry. I hope you find that my energy, focus and passion are the fuel that is put into every transaction and every client.
