She had been the Assistant Sales Manager there. Deirdre O’Connell, Chief Executive Officer of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, made the announcement.

Jennifer Cooper is a true homegrown talent. A Cold Spring Harbor native, Jennifer started at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013 as an assistant to the top producing sales team of Peggy Moriarty and Margy Hargraves. As Cooper recalls, “Every day at work was a master class in real estate. Margy and Peggy were generous with their time and knowledge, and encouraged me to get my real estate license. Deborah Hauser was another phenomenal mentor, unwavering in her support of my career. She took the time to show me what management is about and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Cooper was named Assistant Sales Manager, working under Deborah Hauser in 2016. A former elementary school teacher, Cooper calls upon her teacher training as a mentor, and to understand that every agent has a different style for learning and working, and to use those different styles to help them succeed.
