SHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of February 2018. The company meeting took place on March 14th at the Resources Real Estate Corporate and Training Center in Shrewsbury, NJ.
Sales Associate Christopher Ozar, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of his or her sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts and other business-building activities.
The Commercial Agent Award was given to Jo Ann Davenport from the Red Bank office for selling commercial properties.
Sales associate Allison Gregory, also from the Red Bank office, was named Top Listing Agent for several new listings.
The Rainmaker award was given to sales associate Arthur Peluso from the Atlantic Highlands office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Arthur created a display advertising campaign as a new source for his buyers, to great success.
Sales Associate Gina Farkouh, from the Red Bank office, was presented with the Featured Luxury Agent Award, which is an honor given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing above $1 million. Gina received this award for the six-bedroom, five-bathroom Colonial home at 6 Pond Rd in Rumson, listed for $2,235,000.
The Perseverance Award went to sales associate Eleanor "Trish" Collings from the Atlantic Highlands office. This award is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Trish persevered with closing a transaction on a property that has been listed for a lengthy period of time and had received multiple offers that fell through.
Lastly, sales associate Judith Horan from the Rumson office received the Team Spirit Award. Judith’s fellow agent nominated her for her support with showing a property and supporting her selling customer when said agent was out of town.
