Hogan Associates Announces Sale of Windfall Estate on Poppasquash Point for $2.4 Million

Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates represented the buyers, Kathryn and Doug O’Brien. Deb Cordiero of Harborside Realty represented the sellers, Laurie MacLeod, Bonnie Thompson and Jeannie Juckett.

The deep-water dock – one of the largest in the area - is 260’ long and 6’ wide. The property has a private beach with 350’ of water frontage, mature specimen trees, a formal rose garden and a fruit-bearing orchard.
