RENO, NV - Chase International recently welcomed Zachary Bonkowski, Patty Pankoph, and Karolina Olech to their Reno, NV, office.
Raised in the real estate business, Zachary Bonkowski brings a life-long foundation of knowledge to his clients throughout Northern Nevada. With this understanding, Bonkowski knew the benefits of investing in property at an early stage in life and purchased his first home at the age of 26. Today, he looks forward to sharing the excitement and rewards that come with selling or buying a home in one of the West’s fastest growing regions.
“I have a strong desire to help others achieve their goals and know that their level of success is directly correlated to the service that I provide as their advisor and trusted Realtor,” said Bonkowski.
His heartfelt approach to the business comes naturally to Bonkowski who has invested his entire life in helping youth and adults improve their own lives. As a Behavior Management Specialist and Psychosocial Rehabilitator, he possesses the skills to effectively empathize and clearly communicate with all walks of life. Prior to securing his license his real estate, Bonkowski worked with Koinonia Foster Homes and Alliance Family Services.
With her professional and personalized boutique style of service, Patty Pankopf makes the real estate process innovative and fun. Her ability to do so comes from years of owning and operating a law practice; during those years, she refined her ability to deal with all walks of life in an open and forthright manner. In addition, she managed the entire business and handled the finances, marketing, client caseload issues, and property negotiations.
Within her career, she also sold title insurance to Realtors® as a title sales representative. All combined, Pankoph brings a comprehensive perception of what it takes to succeed and has the creative thinking skills to get things done.
“I always put my clients’ needs first and respect their needs and dreams,” said Pankoph. “At the same time, I understand that it is my responsibility to fulfill the fiduciary duties as their Realtor®.”
With her intuitive customer service skills, Pankoph carefully listens and then provides a custom and strategic plan for her clients throughout Northern Nevada.
With a life-long career in the hospitality business, Karolina Olech has had the opportunity to work with and serve all walks of life. Today as a Realtor® with Chase International, Olech continues to assure her clients receive only the finest service and clearest communication.
“I love working with people,” noted Olech. “It’s a passion I have always had and will continue to enjoy in my real estate career.”
Olech has extensive knowledge about the diverse neighborhoods in the Reno and Truckee Meadows regions; as such, she has a greater understanding of what may be the best fit for her clients who seek a new home or choose to sell and move on.
