Zephyr Real Estate is pleased to announce the launch of an exceptional customer survey process called RealSatisfied. What sets this survey system apart from all the others is its credibility and its completion rate.
First of all, only those customers who have verified closed escrows are eligible, which means that participants have had an actual real estate experience with a Zephyr agent. Ratings based on authentic experiences deliver true, useful results.
Secondly, RealSatisfied surveys have a 50 percent response rate, which is considered excellent in the world of surveys. Of those who participate, 87 percent fully complete the survey. Businesses using the RealSatisfied platform also have a very high satisfaction rating (4.8 of five stars), which means that the customer satisfaction survey itself performs extremely well.
