WHITEFISH, MT - PureWest Real Estate welcomes the addition of five experienced and reputable real estate agents.
Ken Stein: As the owner of Chuck Olson Real Estate of Whitefish, the largest independent real estate company in Whitefish, from 1994 to 2008, Ken brings a rich understanding of the local market to the team. He earned his Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist degrees from Realtors Institute in the late 80’s. An involved Whitefish resident for nearly 40 years, Ken is currently serving his third term on the Whitefish Planning Board and his second term on the Whitefish Resort Tax Advisory Board.
Cindy Stein: With 36 years of experience as a sought-after listing and selling broker, Cindy’s expertise will be a major asset to the Whitefish PureWest team. She puts her knowledge of the Flathead Valley’s market to good use and works tirelessly for her clients. She has served on many REALTOR committees as well as the City of Whitefish’s Architectural Review Committee. She holds the highly regarded Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations.
Cindy and Ken have lived in Whitefish since the 1970s. They love spending time with their 14-year-old son Alex and their two dogs. They particularly enjoy swimming, golfing, fishing, camping, cooking, and cheering on the Griz football team.
Linda Chauner: With a focus on providing outstanding customer service and a belief in the power of long-term relationships, Linda has showed a deep commitment to her clients since 2006. “Good, honest, ethical professionalism as well as plain hard work to continually learn and stay current with our industry is how I accomplish that,” Linda says. She currently serves as Chairperson for NMAR's Education committee and holds GRI and RSPS designations. She hopes to help her PureWest Christie’s clients make the most informed decisions possible. Originally from Virginia, Linda has also lived in Colorado. Her family moved to Whitefish in 1996, where Linda immediately felt “at home” and raised her two daughters. Her family enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, and spending sunny days on Whitefish Lake.
David Wood: A third-generation Montanan born and raised in Bigfork, David brings to the team an outstanding depth of knowledge of the Flathead Valley. As an avid outdoorsman, he says he has explored nearly every lake, mountain, and stream in the valley. David recently returned to the region after spending the last 14 years as a manager for Ericsson and AT&T, two of the largest communications companies in the world. Though his work took him across the country, he was always drawn back to Montana. David is excited to put the extensive skill he has developed to work.
Chelsi Blackwell: Chelsi’s background as a small business owner in Whitefish makes her a valuable addition to the team. She owns Fifty Seven Boutique and Smooch Children’s Boutique, both of which offer unique, modern clothing and accessories. She has also put her artistic eye to work in the construction and design fields, positioning her to meet diverse client needs. A Flathead Valley resident for over 25 years and a Whitefish Bulldog alumnus, Chelsi is a proud local with a strong sense of community and work ethic.
