Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty to Drive Substantially Greater Web Traffic to Agent Sites

California, March, 2005- Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty announced an alliance with Ads For Free, Inc. to bring targeted, local online real estate consumer traffic through the company's WebTop Intranet to its agents' company web pages.

Ads for Free will optimize agents' WebTop Web pages and configure them for first page search engine recognition. Subscribing agents will choose a specific neighborhood or neighborhoods and identify up to 25 keywords associated with that neighborhood.

Gradual roll out to all 61 company-owned offices in California, Nevada and Texas will occur over the next two to three months.

Ads For Free is powered by proprietary technology that continually refreshes local Web page traffic to create link popularity and enhanced search engine recognition of Prudential Realtors' web sites.

"We were very impressed with Ads For Free's product and approach," said Ed Krafchow, president of Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty. "Real estate consumers are looking online for neighborhood-relevant content. Ads For Free provides a technology solution to generate first page search results to drive traffic to our agents' sites. This is the first program we've tried that lets our agents make a direct online connection with prospective clients."
