“100 Days to Greatness” Program Increases Productivity at Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate

SAN FRANCISCO – (Oct. 15, 2007) – Anything is possible in 100 days. For 14 managers at Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate recently trained in the much-admired mentor program offered by Buffini & Company, it’s all about 100 Days to Greatness, the actual name of the approximately 14-week curriculum. The intent of the program is to certify managers on the industry’s best practices so they can then pass down the tools to success to their team of agents, increasing client service, productivity, retention and the quality of standards expected among real estate practitioners.“The 100 Days of Greatness agenda is a mentor program that teaches managers to become facilitators of the course to agents,” said Avram Goldman, president and CEO of Pacific Union. “Agents who enroll in the program will learn how to build and develop their personal business based on referral, networking and customer care.”Goldman said Pacific Union believes in the Buffini method so much that they engaged the Buffini team to come in-house and present the 100 Days program to the entire management team. All agents will now have the ability to enroll in the course as taught by individual managers in their offices. Curriculum covers role-playing on topics such as client services, open house strategies, doing a listing presentation, converting an incoming buyer/seller call, and growing and marketing a personal database.REALTOR® Brian Buffini started Buffini & Company in 1995 to share his highly acclaimed lead-generation strategies with others. Now the number one training and coaching company in America, Buffini & Company equips real estate, lending and service industry professionals with tools to dramatically increase business while living a balanced life.“Pacific Union GMAC’s leadership team, including their President/CEO Avram Goldman, endorsed and participated in Buffini & Company’s September 2007 two-day Mentor Training program,” said Sam Elzie, corporate relations, Buffini & Company, www.buffiniandcompany.com. “This groundbreaking event taught mentoring strategies that enable managers to help new and veteran agents as well as lenders to reach higher levels of productivity and success.
