Choi International's 2015 Success: Reaching Luxury Buyers in Silicon Valley and Beyond

As you know, Choi International travels to Asia frequently, virtually every other month.
What you may not know is our aggressive program relative to Silicon Valley, San Francisco and the Bay area as a whole. Patricia recently attended the week long Concours d'Elegance in Pebble Beach, California and worked with our Christie's affiliates in Palo Alto and Carmel to promote Honolulu and Maui properties. One of Carmel Realty's agents will be coming to Honolulu to view properties such as Park Lane, Vida and our residential properties.
Besides being the #1 Agent in Honolulu for 18+ years, Patricia is consistently ranked among the Top 50 Agents in the United States and is a sought-after speaker nationwide. On September 21st, Patricia has been invited to speak to 130 luxury agents who work at Alain Pinel Realty, primarily known as a leading luxury real estate brokerage located in Silicon Valley with offices throughout the Bay Area. She will be on a panel with two other Luxury Agents from Beverly Hills, California and New York City.
On September 23rd, Patricia will be speaking at the San Francisco office of Pacific Union, a luxury real estate firm with offices throughout San Francisco, the Bay Area and Wine Country. Pacific Union is our Christie's affiliate and has an incredible data base of high-end clients.
And on September 25th, Patricia will be meeting with Allie Beth Allman, the owner of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, our Christie's affiliate in Dallas, Texas, because it is Patricia's belief that this is a market that Choi International can develop.
All of these efforts in Asia, Silicon Valley and now Dallas, Texas have contributed to the success of Choi International in the high end market this year, while other companies are not doing as well. It is our belief that the aggressive pursuit of high net worth buyers is helping our sales efforts.
