Compass has raised a total of $123 Million to expand aggressively across the country. Compass is already in Miami and will be launching offices in the Hamptons and Boston, then move onto Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago. Focusing on urban markets, Robert is excited to move to new regions and provide "Compass technology, culture, and marketing" to the agents there. Compass has a less traditional business model, paying salaries and bonuses based on customer satisfaction and branding their agents as neighborhood specialists, with the intent of providing more for their agents and clients alike.
