Rimontgó Reinforces its Commitment to Digital Marketing Via its New Website

1442352007VALENCIA, SPAIN - Rimontgó has recently given its website a complete makeover, a significant change that is found in every available language on the site: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Russian. The main improvements of this remodelling have focused on usability and adaptability (responsive design), plus an important visual change that maximises the image quality of the luxury properties shown on the website.

Rimontgó‘s new website has been based on the Material Design standard, promoted by Google and implemented on the website via coding based on the most current standards and programming languages. The work carried out by the IT team at Rimontgó has been reflected in a new driving force in operations, which now makes it possible for the new website to adapt much more quickly and efficiently to the online-marketing strategy changes, which are necessary in order to comply with the modifications suggested by search engines like Google.

This makeover has also been carried out with the user in mind, and so the cross-platform adaptability (desk computer, tablet, mobile device) and the loading speed have been improved, as well as the the overall understanding of the web. These improvements are seen in the menus that now accompany the vertical movement of the site, the option to change the language without leaving the current page, the implementation of lists such as an infinite scroll, a new map search feature, the chance to include agents or home-owner comments, as well as a much more intuitive property comparator. These improvements also have an effect on the positioning of Rimontgó’s website in search engines. Another grand novelty is the chance to take a 3D tour in properties that Rimontgó exclusively manages thanks to a software that is particularly unique in Spain, spectacularly increasing the virtual immersion within the property that the user wishes to view. The changes introduced have also had an effect on the smart-phone version. Via geolocalisation, it is now possible to show luxury properties close to the user (“Find properties close to me”)

The graphical update has been carried out with usability improvement in mind via this new design: the size of the images has been maximised so that photographs of the most spectacular properties can stand out even more, if possible. The colour pallet utilised is simple, allowing for little distractions and a perfect cohesion, as well as giving the user a more direct interaction with Rimontgó. In regards to the chosen typography, it is clear and legible, thanks to the various possibilities of font emphasis, from Ultra Light to Extra Bold.

The complete remodelling of Rimontgó’s website signifies the continuity of a clear and specific commitment towards digital marketing in the commercialisation of luxury properties. The work developed up until now by Rimontgó has been internationally recognised with awards such as Best Website Design (2008, granted by Luxury Real Estate), Best Website Innovation (2009 and 2011, Luxury Real Estate), Best SEO Strategy (2009, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World), Best New Media (2011, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World), Most Innovative Marketing Technique (2012, Luxury Real Estate) and Best Overall Website (2010, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World). This development work with new technologies, new graphic design and the implementation of such, has kept the internal technical team at Rimontgó very busy in the past 18 months. To this day, Rimontgó continues working daily to adapt itself to changes that impact the market and big search engines like Google.
