Sher Sheldon Sells Highest Price Home in the Beach Road Dana Point Community in Southern California for $4,700,000

NEWPORT BEACH, CA - Sher Sheldon of Beach Cities Luxury Homes has successfully closed escrow on a beachfront estate home in the coastal town of Dana Point in Southern California. Sher was the selling broker in this transaction and assisted her client in locating the ideal luxury estate that sat directly next to the sandy beach and just steps to the crashing waves. The record sale was the highest price paid in this gated community for the 2015 calendar year and sold for $4,700,000 with all of the furniture included. The ocean front home featured two levels of beachfront living with views of the crashing waves from both the first and second levels of the home.
