COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY – Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, was recently honored with several top residential sales awards from the weekly business publication Long Island Business News (LIBN). Each year LIBN recognizes the Island's top commercial and residential brokers, developers and economic development officials. The publication is the premier business news source of Long Island.
A trio of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s agents achieved the top residential sales award in Nassau County, and the organization’s Manhasset office was named Residential Real Estate Office of the Year (Closed Sales Volume) for Nassau County. In addition, the award recognizing Top Residential Development, Nassau County, went to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, North Hills & its developer, RXR Realty. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the property, and nominated the project for the award.

For the first Ritz-Carlton Residence ever built on Long Island, RXR Realty began construction on the 17-acre site in North Hills in 2014. Phase One (124 residences) came to market in June 2014, and a brand new 4,500 square foot sales center was opened on the site. In addition to amenities in each of the residential buildings under construction, the community will feature a 25,000 square foot clubhouse. Individual residences will range from 1,500 to over 3,600 square feet, with two to four bedroom options. Each residence boasts private balconies or terraces, 10-12 foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, well-appointed bathrooms and parking.
“I join the entire Daniel Gale Sotheby’s team in saluting the accomplishments of these outstanding professionals,” said Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen. “As an organization we are committed to providing our sales professionals with the marketing tools, training and technology to support their pursuit of excellence.
