ATLANTA, GA - Beacham & Company, REALTORS® is thrilled to welcome Rosina Seydel to their team. In her more than 10 years in residential real estate sales, Rosina Seydel has established herself as a marquee name in Atlanta real estate with a client list that reads like a “Who’s Who” of Atlanta. She is an internationally recognized expert in the Atlanta residential real estate market and consultant to high-end property investors. She has been interviewed locally by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Magazine, WXIA Atlanta & Company and Fox 5 Good Day Atlanta. Nationally she has been quoted in the New York Times and Barron’s Newspaper.
Rosina is an Atlanta native, she attended The Lovett Schools and the University of Georgia. After college she lived in New York City, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico and began her real estate career in high-end residential leasing.
After a decade of living abroad, Rosina returned to Atlanta to raise her two daughters. She affiliated with the former Jenny Pruitt & Associates (now Harry Norman, Realtors). Since then, many of Rosina clients have been from other countries. One of the keys to Rosina’s success as a real estate agent is her ability to make international buyers feel at home in Atlanta, drawing on her experiences in New York City and the Caribbean. In 2014, Rosina was the listing agent for the highest priced sale of the year in Atlanta – a Buckhead mansion sold that sold for $6.3 million.
Rosina’s family has a long history in Atlanta. Her grandfather is the oldest living member of the Piedmont Driving Club and alumnus of The Lovett Schools where Rosina’s daughters also attended. Her brother is one of the owners of the Atlanta Hawks. Rosina and the Seydel family support numerous charities including The High Museum, Captain Planet and the Chattahoochee Riverkeepers.
