1422060820RUMSON, N.J. – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate today announces its top performing sales associate by transactional volume, Mario Venancio, has broken the $100 million ceiling by closing $100,957,896 in real estate sales involving 112 units in 2014. The Monmouth County resident previously distinguished himself in terms of sales volume by closing more than $95 million in transactions in 2013.

That upward sales pattern led REAL Trends in 2014 to identify Venancio as the number one real estate sales professional in all of New Jersey based on his 2013 transactions. He ranked in the top half of 1 percent of all REALTORS® in the U.S. that year or 88 out of more than 963,000 of his peers. He ranked second in the state by REAL Trends for his 2012 transaction volume. In addition, Venancio has been Gloria Nilson & Co.’s top producing sales associate for each of the last six years and the number one sales associate in Monmouth County for the previous four years.

“As Mario’s clients often tell us, he is a tireless and dedicated advocate,” said Pat Bell, President of Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate. “His ability to close more than $100 million in transactions in one year puts Mario in a distinctive, elite class of real estate professionals. His achievements, and the passion he employs in representing his clients, have earned the respect and admiration of those clients, and we’re proud to have him on our team.”

Venancio has broken sales records throughout his real estate career and is an often-sought regional specialist. For each of the last 23 years, he has earned some of the real estate industry’s most prestigious awards, setting a standard for entrepreneurial excellence among his colleagues in the industry.

“I’ve lived in New Jersey all my life; I learned my trade here. For me, my career isn’t about awards or records but making sure my clients are well represented,” noted Venancio. “It’s important to me that my clients have only the most positive real estate experience possible. Not just because buying or selling a home is such a significant life experience, but because these men and women become my neighbors and my friends. It’s about integrity and being able to help people find the home of their dreams.”

Prior to entering real estate full time more than two decades ago, the University of Delaware graduate was in pharmaceutical sales and practicing real estate on the weekends.

“Simply stated, Mario is one of the best real estate professionals in the business today,” said Dick Schlott, owner of Gloria Nilson & Co. “He is a consummate professional who recommits himself daily to providing his clients with the best representation possible. We congratulate him on this outstanding achievement.”
