Ben Bacal began his real estate career at the ripe age of 24 where he sold $17 million dollars in real estate. Bacal has now conquered the market by selling close to $2 billion in total sales. He has been featured in the LA Business Section, listed as The Wall Street Journal’s Top 1000 agents nationwide and has worked with A-list celebrities such as Madonna, Megan Ellison (Oracle heir), Matt Damon, Ellen DeGeneres’s and now Minecraft’s, Markus “Notch” Persson.
The contemporary mansion, 1181 North Hillcrest Drive located in Beverly Hills, Trousdale Estates is a vision of mastery and luxury. Minecraft creator, Markus “Notch” Persson who was recently bought out by Microsoft for $2.5 billion purchased the estate. The Swedish video game mogul, was represented by Katia De Los Reyes, from the John Aaroe Group and his broker Sally Foster. Persson closed escrow on the home in 6 days, making it the highest single family home sold in Beverly Hills.
Ben Bacal, Rodeo Realty and Brandon Williams, Hilton & Hyland sold the property to Persson December 18th. Only 20 homes in the United States have sold for over $50 million. The most expensive being Palazzo di Amore for $195 million, located in Beverly Hills.
