1417722803DENVER, CO – Colorado's economy remains one of the strongest in the nation, as does its housing market. With an increased success rate of 36% on all incoming referrals, meaning the referral closes, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR) announced a significant rise in relocation numbers compared to 2013. To meet the increased demand for knowledgeable relocation experts, FSIR has doubled its relocation department in the past 18 months.

“While 2013 was a record year, 2014 is even better,” said Sue Hartwell, director of relocation for Fuller Sotheby's International Realty, in Denver, Colorado. “Added resources to a department rich with traditional relocation experience, combined with real estate broker experience, broadens FSIR’s ability to relate to real estate brokers, transferees, and third party companies.”

Hartwell indicated that incoming referrals increased by 26%, closings increased by 45%, and sales volume increased by 55% over  2013 – indicating significant growth in Colorado’s relocation sector.

The largest number of referrals are moving from Texas and California, representing close to 30% of referrals moving from out of state. Pennsylvania, Arizona, Virginia and Florida represent the additional 20% of referrals moving to Colorado. The majority of these transferees are corporate transfers or members of USAA and the military.

With FSIR’s proven investment into its relocation department, sales volume continues to grow. By professionally servicing third party companies who provide referrals, FSIR is able to build trusted partnerships and provide accurate, timely, and detailed feedback and reports, ensuring referrals are well cared for. To date, 95% of all third party companies FSIR partnered with in 2013 have increased their business with FSIR in 2014.

“With a committed, professional staff at our Denver headquarters, and our experienced, dedicated real estate brokers, we are able to help unite thousands of buyers and sellers throughout the front range,” said Hartwell. “As a primary real estate brokerage for Cartus Relocation, a global leader in the relocation arena, Luxury Real Estate, and others, our network and performance is increasing more than ever before.”

As the surge of third party referrals steadily expands into the Colorado market, FSIR predicts an increased number of referrals in 2015. For more information, contact Sue Hartwell at 303-967-2064.
