Pedraza offered exclusive information on shifts and trends in high-end consumers’ Internet habits that was only available to those who attended the Spring Retreat. Many new products and innovations were introduced at this event, including Luxury Referral Services. This new product is generating positive buzz in the industry because today’s home buyers and sellers demand quick responses to their questions. Luxury Referral Services will help brokers meet these needs. Luxury Real Estate experts will also handle referrals sent from one broker to another to ensure that both benefit from these deals and improve their customer service. As a member of the Board of Regents, the governing body of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Schneider attended an important Regents meeting during the Spring Retreat. Additionally, they attended a private event hosted at the Temple House in Miami.A variety of experts in the real estate industry addressed important topics at the conference. These included how to cost-effectively market properties to the right audience; using technology to increase business; branding products to gain an edge over competitors; the importance of networking in a global market; and the state of the market, in general, and in specific regions around the world. In 1976, after 14 years as a real estate salesperson in Summit, New Jersey, Lois Schneider founded her company. Her mission was to establish a small premier agency that would focus on Summit and the fine surrounding communities. It was the beginning of the era of mega real estate companies and franchise brokers. Contrary to the trend, Lois wanted only one sales office. Quality, not quantity, is the standard for her sales personnel. Visit her Web site: www.loisschneiderrealtor.com.
