Marvin Davis Estate Sells

Beverly Hills - One of California’s most expensive listings has sold for $46 million.  This Beverly Hills estate previously owned by the late Marvin Davis was originally listed for $70 million dollars, the highest asking price for a single-family property in California’s History.  Ron de Salvo of Coldwell Banker of Beverly Hills represented the seller.
