RENO, NV – More than two dozen agents from Chase International enhanced their repertoires last month when they took part in a comprehensive new home sales course to become Certified New Home Specialists. The designation groups them with a dedicated league of Realtors® providing the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers.
Completion of the Certified New Home Specialist training involves more than 22 hours of specialized course work and successful completion of the CNHS certification test. The course was created by trainer, author and consultant Dennis Walsh, who is recognized internationally as a leading authority in all aspects of residential construction, new home sales and marketing.

The training took place in Reno, with 25 agents from Chase’s offices throughout Lake Tahoe, Truckee, the Carson Valley and Reno attending.
