Zephyr Announces First Quarter Sales Awards


1398721077SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Zephyr Real Estate recently announced its top sales achievers for the first quarter of 2014.

The award for the Highest Closed Sales Volume went to Deborah Nguyen (Noe Valley office), who handled $15.5 million for the quarter. Nguyen joined Zephyr in 2006 and has been a consistent Top Producer and has sold over $100 million in San Francisco real estate. Her motto is “the client comes first,” and clearly that credo has served her well.

At a sales price of $4,350,000, there was a tie for the Largest Sale Representing Sellers award: Gary Tribulato (Pacific Heights office) and the team of Harry Clark and Daniel Fernandez (Castro office).

Tribulato is one of Zephyr’s top commercial professionals and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in a full range of commercial services in the Bay Area. His primary focus is commercial and residential real estate investments. He is a native San Franciscan and is an avid golfer and skier.

Clark, a graduate of Harvard University, has over 25 years’ experience in the design, development and sales of residential properties. He has been a Top Producer at Zephyr for 12 years and has been a San Francisco resident and property owner since 1987. He is a strong advocate for the improvement of neighborhoods and parks in his hometown.

Fernandez, who partners with Clark, has a degree in landscape architecture from UC Davis, and has been a Top Producer since 2006. His dedication to excellence, creative approach, positive attitude and commitment to his clients all play a part in his success as evidenced by customer reviews. His interests include environmental and sustainability issues.

The Clark/Fernandez team won the award for Largest Sale Representing Buyers as well, also at a sales price of $4,350,000.
