1397756487ST. LOUIS, MO – Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Sarah Tadlock has the honor of being named to the National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Class of 2014 .

This year’s class comes from diverse markets and real estate specialties. They put customer service first, and are involved in their communities.

“We are very proud of Sarah and all that she has accomplished at such an early age,” said Andy Dielmann, president and broker, Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty. “Sarah demonstrates how hard work and quality service can lead to greater levels of success, and this award recognizes that effort.”

1397756530Realtor Magazine accepted 30 under 30 applications from the U.S., and for the first time, Canada. The initial applicants were narrowed down to 80 people, who received one final question. This narrowed down to the final 50. Once the 50 were selected, voting began for the web choice award. The candidate out of the top 50 who claimed the most votes (over a 7-day period) won the Web Choice, and had a guaranteed spot in the 30 under 30 class. Last month, Sarah Tadlock was selected as one of the final 30 young professionals. Click here for a complete list of this year’s award winners. Their profiles will run in the May/June issue of Realtor Magazine.

"Sarah is the perfect candidate for 30 Under 30. She is driven, yet thoughtful of others and strategic in all things. She is unique, and the quintessential enthusiastic team player. Her personality is magnetic, and at the same time professional and a great representation of our Sotheby’s brand," said Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty Vice President and Sales Manager Kerry Brooks.

Sarah’s business strategy is the framework for her success. “Hard work is key to running a successful business, but the transformation in mine over the last year stemmed from streamlining processes and implementing systems to become both more efficient and more effective,” said Sarah Tadlock. “Having a system works on so many levels. Clients gain a sense of trust and understanding that when we say, "We've got the details covered," we really mean it. That leaves more time for all of us. Confident that the details are taken care of, I now am able to focus on areas with the most return on investment in my business. Putting these systems in place over the last year enabled me to double my production/business in 2013.”
