MIDDLETOWN, NJ - The Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) again honored Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate at the 11th annual Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence (FAME) Awards Celebration held on February 27th at South Gate Manor in Freehold. Gloria Nilson was presented with two awards, including Best Associate Member Marketing Strategy and Best Associate Member Ad, Black and White.
“These awards won by our team are indicative of their expertise, dedication and creative marketing efforts, all of which played an integral role in achieving our company goals for the year,” said Pat Bell, president of Gloria Nilson.
At the ceremony, Suzzane Kronenfeld, Director of New Homes, was honored with the 2014 Outstanding Achievement Award. The Outstanding Achievement Award was given on behalf of SBACNJ and the New Jersey building industry. Kronenfeld has been a vital part of SBACNJ for more than ten years. She is the current secretary for SBACNJ, current vice-chair of the Associates Committee, past chair of the Membership Committee, and a member of the Golf Committee.
Marketing Director Heidi Dittloff was honored with Best Associate Member Marketing Strategy and for the second year in a row was presented with Best Associate Member Ad, Black and White.
Nine Gloria Nilson sales associates received recognition in the Million Dollar Sales Club by the SBACNJ. Million Dollar Club Awards were given to Rita Verma, Rena Anslow, Kim Tashjian, and the following sales associates:
- Lou Ventre and Bernadette Ruegg achieved Bronze Level in Million Dollar Club New Home Sales with $3.6 million dollars in sales.
- JoAnn Stewart achieved Bronze Level in Million Dollar Club New Home Sales with $3.4 million dollars in sales.
- Mario Venancio achieved Silver Level in Million Dollar Club New Home Sales with $8.6 million dollars in sales.
Circle of Honor recognition was given to Ausra Matutis and Sara Szemcsak whose new home sales were more than $500,000.
The FAME Awards were established in 2004 to honor excellence in sales and marketing in the Shore Area homebuilding industry.
