The concept for the Brokerage began to take shape when founder Eric Langhjelm (pictured right) noticed a trend the focus of real estate had shifted from a consumer based service to a transactional one. In his opinion, from a brokerage standpoint, most of the attention was being funneled into Realtor® recruitment and churning out transactions, which brings money into the company, instead of putting the client’s needs at the heart of business.
VPG Realty Inc. employs the strength of a team-based approach to give clients an advantage in Real Estate transactions. In the traditional brokerage model Realtors® work in many areas of the market, which limits the degree of specialization they offer. VPG Realty Inc. has brought together Realtors who specialize in sectors of the market, and by working collaboratively offer services to the client which encompass the expertise of all members of the team. Having the knowledge of the nuances of specific neighborhoods and the expertise in the trends of the Real Estate market in these areas is a huge benefit to the consumer.

The current team, under the direction of managing broker June Richardson, is headed by Eric Langhjelm, and includes, Michelle Vaughan, Devon Owen, David Matiru, Hugh Cooper, Jon Berridge, Hamed Negar, Greg Paddy, and Stephanie and Dallas La Porta.
