1394489791NEW YORK, NY - Warburg Realty will host the biggest UN World Water Day 2014 event in New York City on Saturday, March 22nd from 11am to 5pm, outside the firm’s Upper West Side office at 451 Columbus Avenue and Tribeca storefront at 100 Hudson Street. The firm will create an interactive sidewalk exhibit to raise awareness of the global clean water crisis, and donate money each time New Yorkers join in the daylong event.

The exhibit highlights the burden women and children in the developing world endure to bring clean water to their villages. Participants will carry jerry cans – the same ones used in the developing world – to experience the clean water crisis first hand. Each time they carry a can through the exhibit and into the Warburg Realty store, the firm will donate $2 to charity:water, a non-profit organization that brings clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations.
