Douglas D. Kerbs of Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty just closed the highest selling price per square foot property in the entire six-county Denver metro region at $967 per square foot. This sale marks the 4th record to be set and broken by Kerbs since 2012. The Four Seasons Private Residence (pictured below) which closed January 31, 2014, sold for $4.925 million warranting recognition as the highest sold price for an attached, detached, or single family home in all of downtown Denver.
“Over the past several years, we have witnessed the Denver real estate market grow in strength and flourish as one of the fastest markets to come back in the country. Simultaneously, several central Denver neighborhoods are maturing, especially in the luxury segment and are transacting at prices that are indicative of an established market,” said Kerbs.
