DENVER – Kentwood City Properties, one of three locally owned offices that comprise Kentwood Real Estate, has announced a new production milestone with more than $667 million in closed real estate transactions for 2013. The new sales record is $140 million more than the office’s previous record of $527 million posted for 2012. Broker Associates with Kentwood City Properties were also involved with five of the 10 highest priced real estate transaction sides within the city of Denver as reported by the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for 2013.

Kentwood City Properties is particularly dominant in Central Denver and the luxury home segment of the office, with our brokers representing either the buyer or seller in five of the 10 highest priced homes sold last year in Denver as reported by the MLS.”
Kentwood City Properties had more than a dozen Broker Associates with sales of more than $20 million in 2013, a remarkable achievement. Collectively, Kentwood Real Estate has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors and REAL Trends as having the highest average sales volume per agent in the nation with a combined sales volume of nearly $2.2 billion in 2013.
In Central Denver, Kentwood City Properties closed more million-dollar-plus sales than any other office and enjoyed a nearly nine percent market share last year, which was tops among the top 10 real estate companies as reported by BrokerMetrics.
