They are licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia with a combined 35 years of experience serving sellers and buyers. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 1995, Delia worked in the field of subsidized housing management and development for the federal government (DHUD), a local housing agency and a consulting firm. She is a cum laude graduate of Carleton College and serves as a board member for a local charity providing services to the homeless, elderly and immigrant individuals. Prior to partnering with his wife in residential real estate, John was formerly a Senior Vice President and Partner in a large international communications company and served in the U.S. House of Representatives as its Chief Legislative Administrative Officer. He is a cum laude graduate of State University of New York at Binghamton and serves in a number of leadership roles in his church. James graduated with dual honors in academics and athletics from Franklin and Marshall College, shortly thereafter joining the McCormick Gregory Team.
