COLD SPRING HARBOR, NEW YORK– Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, was recently honored with several top awards from the weekly business publication Long Island Business News on the occasion of its 2013 Real Estate & Development Awards.
DGSIR took many of the top awards, including Residential Real Estate Office of the Year (Locust Valley for Nassau County); Residential Manager of the Year (SVP and Locust Valley sales manager Bonnie Devendorf); Top Producer of the Year Peggy Moriarty; Rising Star in Residential Real Estate Sales Grace Kusnierek and Top Residential Sale (Suffolk).
As the manager of the Locust Valley office, Bonnie Devendorf leads a team of 47 real estate professionals in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the New York metropolitan area. In 2012, the Locust Valley office achieved $261,416,000 in closed sales volume, maintaining its position as the undisputed leader in the Locust Valley market.
Top Producer of the Year Peggy Moriarty (Cold Spring Harbor Office) has consistently been among the organization’s top multi-million dollar producers both in volume and closed sales. She is a member of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s exclusive Hall of Fame and Gold Circle of Excellence.
Rising Star winner Grace Kusnierek was recruited to the Manhasset office of DGSIR at the end of 2011. While she had a few years real estate experience under her belt, coming to DGSIR made a real difference in her performance, enabling her to be nominated for membership in the organization’s Gold Circle of Excellence in her first year at DGSIR.
Daniel Gale Sotheby’s handled both sides of the Whitewood Point, Lloyd Neck transaction that was recognized for the year’s Top Residential Sale in Suffolk County. Laura Zambratto and Margy Hargraves listed the property, and Carol Tintle brought the buyer.
