Agents Complete S.M.A.R.T. Program

Westchester, NY – December 2006 – Gail Fattizzi, executive director of Westchester Real Estate, Inc. announced that 21 brokers and sales associates in the organization graduated from Floyd Wickman’s S.M.A.R.T. Program on November 28th. For over 30 years, Floyd Wickman has been one of the real estate industry’s most recognized and respected trainers.The S.M.A.R.T. program focuses on presentation, negotiation and selling skills, creating referral relationships, time management skills, and the principals of providing exceptional service. Graduates must complete an intensive 42-day training program and demonstrate mastery of the essential program skills. Graduates of the S.M.A.R.T. Program class of 2006 are: Mary Cassidy of Bronxville-Ley Real Estate in Bronxville; Denise Saxon & Darryl Selsey of Four Seasons Real Estate Center in Mount Vernon; Katie O’Keefe of Frances Billingsley Realty in Katonah; Chris Everett, Lorraine O’Neill and Claudia Jiskra of Gillian Stewart Real Estate in Pawling; Mary Case Friedner, Jody Toth and Phyllis Lerner of Hudson Homes in Tarrytown; Donna Rohan and Allison HartsHorne of Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings-on-Hudson; Gina Wooster of River Towns GMAC Real Estate in Peekskill; Rita Pascarelli of Century 21 Wolff in White Plains; Joy Peters, Marc Gerber, Brian Scott and Robert Pappalardo of Tri-Crest Realty in Eastchester; and Suzanne Green and Renata Pierotti of Barbara Cleary’s Realty Guild in New Canaan, CT. “These 21 graduates generated almost $55 million in transactions in 42 days, along with generating 385 referral leads. That is awesome!” states Ms. Fattizzi. Agents who got 6 or more listings and 12 referrals during those 42 days also received the Platinum Circle designation; 2 agents received that honor, Jody Toth of Hudson Homes and Darryl Selsey of Four Seasons Real Estate Center. “We are extremely proud of all of them for their dedication and commitment to improving their skills and service level.
