Colorado Group Realty Awards Outstanding Brokers of 2012

Steamboat Springs, CO — Colorado Group Realty is a top performing real estate company in the Yampa Valley. Once a year, CGR internally gives 3 awards to brokers that show leadership and strength within the firm.
The Rising Star award is given to a broker who is new to Colorado Group Realty and has made an outstanding contribution to the company in a short period of time. This year’s recipient is Kevin Dietrich. He joined Colorado Group Realty in 2009. “It’s been a true pleasure working with Kevin this past year. His commitment to serving his customers along with his tireless work ethic have proven contagious. He has turned into a seasoned broker with excellent communication and technology skills” said Randall Hannaway, Broker/Owner.
The Top Producer award was presented to Nick Metzler. “The firm is fortunate to have a guy like Nick on board,” said Mike Autrey, Broker/Owner, adding “not only for the contribution he makes as a top-producing agent, but as an agent that sets the standard for teamwork and client relations.” Nick stated the support staff at CGR has a lot to do with the continued success. “In particular, my teammates, Kelly Becker and Bert Svendsen, take the team to a higher level of skill and expertise, for the benefit of each personal client.”
The Broker of the Year award went to Jim Cook. The honor is bestowed upon those who make superior contributions of his/her time, energy and efforts. ”Jim Cook believes strongly in Colorado Group Realty and our community. He has given his time selflessly to many nonprofits and has also spearheaded many projects that have helped to improve our community. He is always there for the other brokers in our company when help is needed and his imagination and vision is never ending! Congratulations!” said Shelley Stanford, Broker/Owner.
