“I am so excited to be part of this wonderful organization,” she stated. “In a short amount of time, Surterre has propelled itself to the top of the industry — and they’ve done so with integrity.”
A former executive at one of California’s largest developers — the Irvine Company — Barbara Roppolo served as Fashion Island’s General Manager before overseeing the leasing and management of the organization’s shopping center portfolio. In this capacity, she developed and honed a number of skills and talents that prove invaluable to her clients today. Licensed in both California and Illinois, Barbara offers buyers and sellers more than 16 years of experience successfully marketing and selling residential property — but it’s her knack for providing an exceptional level of personalized service that’s placed her among the elite tier of agents in the coastal area’s competitive marketplace.
In addition to helping her valued clients bring their most important goals to fruition, Barbara has made a name for herself as a noted speaker and panelist for national real estate-related events. What’s more, she’s a highly recognized community leader who over the years has helped to raise thousands of dollars for charity.
“I supplement my business and real estate experience with a real passion for people,” Barbara said. “I care about my clients and it shows. I take the time to listen to them, to help determine their objectives, and to help them realize their dreams.”
Backed by the support of Surterre Properties®, Barbara enjoys an array of resources and amenities not available at any other locally based brokerage. An award-winning in-house advertising studio — known for its bar-raising strategy with regard to effective property exposure — is just the beginning. At Surterre, Barbara is part of the local market’s most seasoned team of agents and brokers, each of whom are encouraged to work together toward the common goal of perfecting each client’s experience. By keeping the focus on outstanding service, Surterre has created a unique environment that promises buyers and sellers alike transactions of the highest reward.
A past officer of Hoag Hospital’s 552 club, Barbara has devoted her time and resources to the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Irvine Senior Foundation, UCI Women’s Opportunity Center and Casa Teresa, an Orange County-based shelter for pregnant women. She currently resides in North Laguna Beach.
