Hammond Residential Launches Video Channel

CHESTNUT HILL, MA (September 25, 2012) -- This month Boston-based Hammond Residential expanded its marketing platform by placing video tours of all of Hammond’s exclusive listings on YouTube. Hammond has created its own video “channel” which allows YouTube users to view hundreds of homes currently for sale sorted by location. To make it easier for potential buyers to find its channel, Hammond has registered the www.HammondVideos.com website.
Hammond is one of the first major real estate firms in the United States to place its entire listing inventory in video format on YouTube through an automated process that also links the tours to the firm’s own www.HammondRE.com website as well as other websites to which its listings are syndicated.
“This is really the second quantum leap that Hammond’s marketing platform has made this year,” notes Hammond president Saul B.
