Originally from Manhattan, Mader studied at the University of New York at Stoneybrook and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts. Mader holds designations as a Florida Broker Associate and a New York licensed Associate Broker. Mader is a member of the Halstead Property LLC Diamond Club and held previous memberships in Halstead's Gold/Platinum Circles and Producer's Council. Mader is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
John R. Wood Realtors also welcomes Pamela T. Pendleton to its Old Naples office. Originally from New England, Pendleton attended Monmouth University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Pendleton holds awards as a Top Producer 1993-2006 and Highest Customer Satisfaction Awards 2006-2009. Pendleton is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR).

Originally from Grosse Ile, MI, Treadwell is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance and Real Estate. Treadwell holds a Real Estate Sales Associate designation.
