Tracy’s real estate experience dates back to her youth when she would tour her family’s apartment building and residential developments. As a college student, she worked for The Schroeder Management Company, learning the intricacies of the real estate business. After UCLA, Tracy honed her skills as a design assistant to Newport Beach-based interior designer Dee Kruse on luxury custom homes and commercial properties. “The real estate business is in my blood and has been a love of mine for as long as I can remember,” Tracy recalls. “I am proud to offer my clients valuable insight into the best methods of selling their home – including design and staging.”

Tracy’s prior experience also includes several years in real estate development in New York. After returning to the beautiful California coast, she took charge of renovations for a large portfolio of multi-family apartment buildings.

Surterre Properties promises all clients the greatest opportunity for success, whether their objective is locating the perfect home or selling a home for the highest possible value. Tracy is affiliated with the successful Brown and Stowell real estate group of Corona del Mar. “I am proud to partner with Michelle Brown and Eliisa Stowell, who I consider to be the most forward-thinking real estate professionals in the area,” Tracy remarked. “Along with their unique and intelligent approach to the business, Michelle and Eliisa have a proven track record in identifying dream homes for buyers and properties that are off-market and ensuring their sellers get the most from their real estate investments.”
