Hammond Residential Reports Highest Priced Sales of 1st Quarter With $3.7M and $3.5M Significant Sales

The firm's highest priced single-family house sale for the quarter was at 48 Ridge Hill Farm Road, Wellesley for $3,724,000. Louise Tarsy, a senior sales associate in Hammond's Wellesley office represented the seller in the transaction.
