Mark P. Riley Luxury Real Estate Group hosts their first ever preview trilogy. Invited brokers and realtors may preview three select high end properties in specific order ending at an equestrian estate listing in Sarasota the firm currently has listed. Associates will begin at the “Nariah” model estate in Portmarnock within the gates of Lakewood Ranch Country Club. Upon completing the tour of the home, guests will receive a ticket. As they proceed onto the next masterpiece, also in Lakewood Ranch Country Club, they will preview the “Bella Palazzo” filled with European charm. Once they complete that tour, their ticket will be stamped. Lastly, they will tour the expansive, 13 + acres equestrian estate neighboring the Sarasota Polo grounds. They have to then turn in their tickets and one lucky winner will win a $500 gift certificate to Saks Fifth Avenue. “We hope we’ve enticed area brokers and realtors with an opportunity to ultimately earn over $600,000 + in commissions and bonuses”, says owner Mark P. Riley. “To add a little fun, we’re also holding a drawing for a $500 gift certificate to Saks Fifth Avenue towards the end of the program to further ensure they truly view all three properties.
