1331919665San Francisco, California | February 6, 2012 - The continual growth of Vanguard Properties, the well known San Francisco Real Estate firm headed up by Principal James Nunemacher, for almost 30 years has never been more evident. Today the firm announced that Jim Hurley, a well respected and 25 year veteran in San Francisco Real Estate, was recognized for being the number one agent in San Francisco for transactions during 2011. Hurley joined Vanguard just over four years ago and has been representing buyers and sellers for all types of real estate products.

The 2011 year end numbers for Vanguard Properties posted close to a 30% gain in sales over 2010. Some of which was attributed to the sales of Jim Hurley and his business partner Jen Fritz. Mr. Hurley and Vanguard Properties are confident with the influx of new businesses and work force in San Francisco that the growth will keep steady. “Our company takes a different approach to marketing real estate and Jim Hurley has the same understanding as Vanguard of how to market homes,” said Principal James Nunemacher.
