Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation's leading realtors, recently sponsored a free education class "Negotiating the Residential Sales Contract" that provided participating agents with three continuing education credits. Presented by attorney Michael Brady of Summit Professional, Inc. and co-sponsored by Ambassador Abstract LLC, the program was open to all interested Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty's sales associates.

"A well trained agent can make all the difference in a real estate transaction, particularly in today's market," said Patricia J. Petersen, President and CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. "The importance of understanding the terms of the contract of sale is crucial to working effectively with buyers, sellers and the attorneys who represent them. As an organization we make a concerted effort to provide all our agents with continuous education on a variety of pertinent topics. Most of our programs are available at no cost to the agents."

More than 100 agents attended this most recent program. In addition to these formal training sessions, Daniel Gale Sotheby's agents have access to top producing agents through an innovative mentoring program designed to maximize coaching, mentoring, information sharing, and increased earnings potential throughout the organization.
